Bitcoin mining begins with computers called miners. These miners use their processing power to solve complex math equations. They verify transactions and decrypt blocks of newly released Bitcoin. As a reward for solving these equations, they are rewarded with a certain amount of Bitcoin in return, which in turn can be exchanged into US dollars.

Yes! Bitcoin has been consistently increasing in value over time and shows no signs of slowing down. The more Bitcoin you can mine, the more valuable it becomes when the Bitcoin value increases. If you had $100 worth of Bitcoin in 2010 and held on to it until today, your $100 would be worth over one thousand times the initial value

All our available units are brand new, & factory sealed in the box. All Bitmain products come with a 365 day factory warranty.

All ASIC miners sold by procoinminer  are provided with their original, manufacturer-provided power supply cables and therefore they are fit for the use with Chinese power outlets only.

However, power cables suitable for European, UK, American or any other type of power sockets can be easily purchased online or at most electronics stores.

Unfortunately it is not possible to alter the miners to mine a different currency than it was originally built for.

We use DHL or Fedex Express. Delivery is usually 7-10 days after receipt of payment. However, delivery time can be longer, due to logistics or customs events & backlogs that are out of our control.

For USA, MEXICO & CANADA clients, duties are covered within our quoted price, and procoinminer handles all logistics. For larger orders (8+ units), please reach out prior to purchase via the Contact Us page.

The HS CODE for all miners is 8471.50

This number is what miners are classified under for import and is used by data processing machines to calculate VAT.

Payments are accepted through reliable payment gateways Coinbase Commerce. We accept payment by either Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dodge, Litecoin, Ethereum and USDC and Bank Wire . Select your preferred method at checkout, and you will receive payment instructions.

For international orders, the fastest & most efficient way to get your order processed & shipped, is always going to be Bitcoin.

Due to the high demand of ASIC miners, we ask our customers to provide proof of payment within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been paid for, please send us a copy of of your wire transfer or crypto payment proof to: sales@procoinminer.ca

In general, ASIC sales websites do not take credit cards because payment processors will not work with us due to the volatile nature of the crypto space. This is out of our control.

Our terms are very simple & listed on the checkout page, all order payments are due within 24 hours of checkout. If your payment is not submitted by this time, you risk your order being cancelled.

Unfortunately, as per our terms and conditions, we are not able to offer any cancellations, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Order is classified as processed as soon as the payment is received.

Please reach out to your local (order specific) shipping company to arrange customs clearance and delivery.

Although not all miners have Certificates of Conformity, we do have them for most of our miners. Please send us an email and we will either issue you with a certificate or we will provide you with a link for a download from the manufacturers website.

Absolutely. To ensure your warranty for the miner isn’t breached, please send us an email before disassembling the miner.
In your email, please give us your order number, describe the problem and provide the serial number of the affected miner.

This can happen, and when it does, we understand it’s frustrating. At procoinminer, our responsibility is to deliver you brand new sealed units, so if a miner arrives faulty, buyers are responsible to take up the issue with the manufacturer & open a repair ticket to utilize the factory warranty.

There are no repair costs for any units under warranty. Buyers will only be responsible for shipping costs.

We can provide you with full assistance from setting up to troubleshooting. All of our miners are very simple to set up and are nearly ready to go from the box. You will need to make sure you have an Ethernet cable to plug your miner into your router and the correct power cord.

For most miners, there is a user manual to assist with setting up, but if required, we are more than happy to assist.

ASIC miners are built for longevity. Therefore, most miners will continue to be usable for years to come and provide profitability in the foreseeable future. Please take into consideration the profitability of ASIC miners is impacted by a number of things including: the mineable coins value, the power consumption and hashrate.

When running an ASIC miner please make sure you have the right environmental conditions. Some small miners such as the Goldshell KD-box, Dogecoin Mini miners are built for use at home or the office. However, if you are running a larger and more powerful ASIC miner at home you would need to make sure you have ventilation and cooling systems in place to stop the miner from overheating. This way you can reduce your downtime and keep the miner running and profitable throughout the year.
